Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 August 2026

This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website. Shoreline Design is a building design practice based in Perth, Western Australia.

What we collect

We only collect what you type into an enquiry form on this site: your name, email address, phone number, the address or suburb of your project, the type of project, and whatever you tell us about it.

We do not use advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own.

Why we collect it

So we can reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote if you ask for one, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to.

How it reaches us

Enquiry forms are delivered to our email inbox by a third-party form service. Your message passes through that service in order to reach us. We store your details in our own business systems, which only our staff can access.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing.

Where a project requires it, we may share relevant details with consultants working on your job — for example a surveyor, engineer or certifier — or with a local government authority as part of an application. We share only what that work requires.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they may still be useful and then deleted. Records relating to work we have carried out are kept as long as we are required to, which for business and tax records in Australia is generally at least five years.

Seeing or correcting your information

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the enquiry form and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection. We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
