New patios, pergolas, carports and verandahs, attached to the house or freestanding and sized to the outdoor area you have. For existing structures we re-sheet tired Colorbond or polycarbonate roofs and repair posts, beams and rafters.
Gutters, downpipes and flashings are upgraded with the structure, so water leaves the roof the way it should. If a new structure needs drawings for a building permit, our design and drafting team at Shoreline Design can prepare them, so the paperwork and the build sit with one business.
