About Shoreline Design

Shoreline Design is a building design practice in Perth. Homeowners, investors and developers come to us for places that are practical, enduring and genuinely worth building — across custom homes, renovations, granny flats, subdivisions and multi-unit developments.

Our approach is straightforward. We start by understanding what you are trying to achieve, assess what your site will realistically allow, and design something that balances how it looks, how it functions, what it costs to build and what the approval process will accept.

How we work

Most projects begin with a conversation about your goals and your site. From there we move through concept design, documentation, council approvals and consultant coordination, staying involved through to construction where you want us to be.

The design and approval process can be complex, particularly for subdivisions and developments. We aim to make it clear, keep you informed at each stage, and give you honest advice about what is achievable before you commit money to it.
